Greetings!  Celtic Whispers has been a dream of mine for some time. The name  is in honor of my ancestors and the history I've grown to embrace. With the help of my friends and many talented authors and artist, I am able to share this dream with you all. The articles found here are a wonderful mix of different belief systems. A little about me......If I had to put a name on my belief system it would be "Kathyism" with alot of Celtic witchcraft thrown in. I started this journey of life seriously about 15 years ago. I have experienced many phases and changes while on my path. With many more to come I'm sure. Everyday we are here breathing on earth is another day we will learn, change and grow. I believe that all in all, most religions/belief systems are after basically the same thing. Its not how we get there ~ its getting there that counts.

Kelly Murray also known as "Waya",  An eclectic pagan with a very strong Native American back ground!! Some of her "specialities" are  Animal Magick  and Native American Story Telling. Kelly is also a nurse and healer. Lady Abigail

Lady Abigail is the High Priestess of Ravensgrove Coven, an Eclectic Coven of Solitary Witches in the Indianapolis, Indiana area.
She was raised in the Craft by her Great Grandmother, a Cajun Witch, who taught her the powers of Earth, Nature and Magick.
Lady Abigail has studied and taught in herbs, metaphysics and magick for over 40 years.
Sharing her knowledge and understanding Lady Abigail’s articles and poetry have been featured in various Pagan publications.

Crystal LunaRouge ~ Author

Crystal's a Cajun Witch who’s devoted her life to the Goddess for over 20 years. She is an ordained clergy member of the Sacred Birch Society, a 501c3 and legally recognized Wiccan "Church" located in Michigan.  She is a member of Keepers of the Hearth (her family's coven in Louisiana created with her sister Autumn) and also Women of the Willow coven in Michgian. There are many labels in life that try to define who we are and what we have accomplished. Doctor, Lawyer, Indian Chief, High Priestess, Deacon, Artist, Musician, Mother, Child, Sister, Aunt, Caregiver, Guardian.  I am quite a few of those and more.  My experiences are abundant and filled with many of life's lessons.  I am a leader and a follower.  I am inspiration and inspired.  As are we all. I am eclectic in my interests and as my nickname suggests, just a wee bit unorthodox.  I will try my best to entertain and enlighten in my prose.  I hope you enjoy them as much in the reading, as I in the writing.
 
Stacy Marie ~ HP and founder of Temple Zenith
 

Stacy Marie is very devoted to Wiccan spirituality and magic as a means of positive change and enlightenment. She has been studying and practicing various magical systems for over 19 years. She has, through vigorous trial and error developed, tweaked and organized a very successful approach to magic and ritual. She is moved through divine will to share her personal experiences with others through writing and painting.

Her most extensive training has been that of Asatru, Feri and the teachings of Our Lady of Enchantment Seminary of Wicca, where she is currently working toward her Wiccan Religious Arts and Science degree. She is High Priestess of Temple Zenith, a family focused eclectic Wiccan coven physically located in Largo, Florida. Her vision behind creating Temple Zenith has been to bring solitaries and their families together to celebrate the Sabbats and Esbats as well as share their experiences and knowledge in a safe intellectually stimulating environment. Temple Zenith has the dual intent of offering those new to the craft a complete working magical and spiritual system in which they and their families can safely learn and grow.

Elwin Shadowstrider

A member of Ravensgrove Coven, a Coven of Solitary Eclectic Witches.
Elwin has recently joined the growing ranks of the Old Ways. He loves
his Goddess Hecate, and the ways of the Solitary Eclectic Wiccan Witch. He
loves the company of his family, his wife and son. Also, the company
of his many furry and not so furry friends, as well as the friends of
the Wild. He also enjoys reading anything he can gets his hands on, as

Janice Van Cleve ~ Author


Janice is a priestess of the Women Of The Goddess Circle in Seattle. An accomplished ritualist, she teaches classes on ritual at pagan gatherings throughout the Northwest USA including Concentric Circles and Spring Mysteries Festival.  Her pagan interests are broad and diverse.  She encourages her sisters to attend the rituals of other groups to expand
their experience and to give them more to work with in building their own spiritual world view and in that intention she leads by example.  She is a prolific writer and her articles appear often in Open Ways, NorthBiNorthwest, Voice of Choices, Witchvox, Panegyria, and Widdershins.

I have always been interested in and drawn towards the mystical and the magical.
From an early age I was interested in ancient landscapes, ruined castles and the stories and folklore attatched to them.I cannot remember a time when I wasen't intensly aware of the natural world around me, the energy of living things and the magic of the stars.I had a very vivid imagination as a child and had many strange experiences which I can now recognise as Astral travelling and comminicating with spirits.I also had prophetic dreams ,which at that age scared me very much. I was keen to draw and paint,mostly (to my parents horror) on the walls.
I had an idilic childhood in the 70's full of Huckleberry Finn type missadventures and getting down and dirty in the elements...den making,mud pie throwing,sledging in winter,fishing and general rolling in the hay.I believe that being in the elements like this began my love affair of the natural world around me and the beauty of the changing seasons.I am very sad that young children seem to be denied this freedom to explore and play and interact with their natural enviroment.Many of my early experiences and dreams led me to create the images I am producing today....The magic of the changing seasons, the continual cycle of birth,growth,death and renewal,the myths and the customs which accompany them.

At 14 , begining to recognise that I was a bit different (odd) from most other kids,I began studying Wicca and natural magic as well as the teachings and beliefs of the Native Americans, which made far more sense to me than a celebrity obsessed modern society and restrictive orthodox religion.

Since moving from England to Western Scotland , I have found a new passion and source of inspiration from the landscape around me.The age of digital photography and digital software has opened up a whole new way of expressing myself , giving me the tools to be able to reflect how I percieve the world around me.

Great Britain is a truly enchanted Isle - from the majestic mountains of Scotland to the stone circles of deepest Cornwall. It is in my heart and soul.

DreamWeaver~Paranormal Realm

Dream:
I am Dream I am a GhostHunter I have searched for the meaning of life after death all my life. I am 43 yrs young and love everything about The Haunted Realm. I have lived in many places in the USA and now am currently in WV. Although we were both born in WV, we have ventured in alot of the states. I am a ghost hunter,Advisor,Medium in certain paranormal fields . My sign is Cancer and I am ruled by the moon I have a HUGE interest in graveyards - they just intrigue me. Graveyards are just so beautiful. I have seen many paranormal things happen - and have been to many,many haunted sites. I can walk into any place unafraid (Fear is never an option). I have encountered many ghosts in my lifetime - my quest in life is to PROVE that Ghosts DO exist! I am hoping someday to have a TV show like T.A.P.S. To venture all over the world searching for that eternal proof of a life beyond this one. Until then I am content here at Celtic Whispers and with my group The Haunted Realm and my many, many members there who all come together as one - looking for the answer to that eternal question... Is there life after Death?... Walk with us and together we will find the answer.
